UK Standard delivery is £3.99. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 Days. Due to the nature of our business, please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched before enquiring about tracking information.
Returns
Return Policy:
Returns on scented goods are not allowed at this moment in time. Due to the nature of our products, a scent sampler is available to purchase on our website, to ensure you will be happy with the right scent. In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please refer to the contact us page on our website and drop us an email within 48hrs. We will be happy to resolve any issues beyond your control.
For non-scented returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you and the label's cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
